The Mission
Life, Your Way. With the Care You Deserve.
For as long as I can remember, caring for others has been more than just my job—it has been my purpose. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of caring for older adults, children, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Every person I've met has reinforced one simple belief: everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine respect.
At Indigo Gardens, my mission is to create a home where every resident is cared for the way I would want my own family to be cared for. I believe in caring for people the same way I care for my own children—with patience, kindness, protection, and unconditional respect. I believe our residents are people with incredible stories, experiences, and lives, not room numbers or tasks to complete.
They deserve caregivers who take the time to know them, understand them, and honor who they are.
My expectation of care is simple: care for each resident the way they would care for themselves if they were able. And if the day ever came when I could no longer safely live on my own, I would hope someone would care for me with the same love, dignity, and compassion that I expect every resident at Indigo Gardens to receive.
Indigo Gardens was founded on the belief that growing older should never mean giving up independence, purpose, or joy. Our residents will continue to be part of their community, celebrate life's special moments, visit their favorite places, and enjoy the things that make them feel like themselves. We are not just providing a place to live—we are creating a place to belong.
That is the promise I make to every resident and every family who trusts Indigo Gardens with the care of someone they love.

It's a promise.
A promise that every resident will be treated with dignity.
A promise that every family will be treated like family.
A promise to raise the standard of what compassionate care can look like.
